Gardens are at peak in July in Western New York, as the native perennials come into full bloom. Fun event in the woods with friends, clients, and members of my Artist Colony—we celebrated the unveiling of Wendy Maloney's painting Applied Serendipity and strolled through the garden.

Most banks don’t need a bigger data strategy. They need one that actually works—across people, teams, and decisions. This June, I’ll be teaching a course with the American Bankers Association: Building a Bank-Wide Data Management Program.
